The Protocol Journal

The Protocol Journal is The Alexander Clinic's clinical publication and provides readers a 12 week system to maximise mental and physical performance.

Over 84 days, users track six core habits daily — Discipline, Productivity, Physical Exercise, Healthy Nutrition, Social Connection, and Sleep & Recovery — scoring themselves honestly against clear criteria. These habits are grounded in the bio-psycho-social model of wellbeing, targeting the three pillars that drive mental health and peak performance.

Woven between daily entries are 24 short essays drawn from elite performance coaches, stoic philosophers, and behavioural researchers, sequenced to support and challenge the reader at every stage of their journey.

The Protocol isn't a diary. It's a structured system for building identity, strengthening discipline, and compounding daily actions into lasting transformation — finishing not where you started, but as someone entirely different.

This publication feeds directly into our commitment to research as each journal is provided before and after clients receive NAD+ therapy. This will allow us to track improvements in their mental and physical performance by incorporating NAD+ Therapy into their wellness programme.
